Sunday afternoon, we had a "mid challenge weigh in." After two weeks, I'm down 3.7 pounds. That's a huge way to start, and with the "will power success" I've had lately, I feel like I'm headed in the right direction. The only real hiccup I've had so far was Saturday, when Sarah and I went to a bbq for our Bible Study/Sunday School class. Everything was set up buffet style, and I ended up hovering to close to the dessert table eating cinnamon chips.
Oh well, c'est la vie. The past two days, I've done really well, and I feel confident about the continued success.
Can't wait to see where I am again in the next two weeks.
